A guided step-by-step process supports users through each stage with clear prompts, simple language, and accessible touch targets to reduce uncertainty and improve ease of use.
AI-assisted triage directs users to the appropriate wildlife rescue service or veterinary support, with species-specific guidance indicating when not to approach and how to minimise harm or stress.
The visual design balances reassurance with urgency. A restrained interface and red primary call-to-action ensure critical actions are immediately visible in time-sensitive situations. Clear hierarchy and supportive microcopy maintain clarity throughout.
