Problem Statement

The client felt the agency-delivered website looked dated and failed to reflect the premium quality of Winston Heights’ properties. It limited property discovery, could not showcase renovated homes for sale, and did not guide homeowners toward requesting land and home consultations.

Goals & Objectives

  1. Reflect the premium positioning of the Winston Heights brand

  2. Improve clarity, navigation and property discovery while strengthening credibility

  3. Encourage enquiries and free land and home appraisal consultations

Research & Insights

  • Luxury buyers expect clarity and high-quality presentation

  • Strong imagery and whitespace increase perceived property value

  • Trust signals and testimonials support high-value purchase decisions

Approach & Strategy

The redesign focused on expressing luxury through clarity and visual hierarchy. The layout prioritised space, refined typography and high-quality imagery to create a calm, premium browsing experience.

A sticky header was introduced with a prominent free consultation call to action, making it easy for homeowners to enquire about land and home appraisals at any point in the journey.

A clear step-by-step process was added to the homepage to help homeowners understand the development journey and what to expect.

Testimonials were introduced to build trust and support decision making, while flexible listing layouts ensured active properties could be showcased clearly and effectively.
